This new offering from housing provider, Square Roots, is nestled in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames. The historic town’s enduring British charm and vibrant spirit presented us with an opportunity to evolve Square Roots’ graphic language.

The Square Roots Kingston KT1 brochure is more than just a show of apartments. It’s an invitation to experience a life enriched by history, nature and contemporary living.

We’ve structured the brochure around ‘a day in the life’ narrative, allowing readers to see and feel the transformative potential of living in Kingston and envision their own story unfolding within this unique and storied Royal Borough.

We created master collages to complement the narrative of the brochure. These collages combine lifestyle imagery with an evolved Square Roots graphic language, and can be static or animated, breathing life into more than just the brochure but also across print, social media, emailers and other collateral.
